Imagine the chaos with lot´s of desperate or angry pax on short connections trying to jump the queue and others not amused fighting back. We have an animal background what´s good to notice in situations like this.
No assistance at all, no one who walks along and called pax out of the line for soon to go flights
and always these announcements missing pax for service X and Y. Lot´s of delays showing up. Ok, it seems sooner or later everyone here is on a short connection.
And imagine at the very front of the queue finally at the entrance to the security stations there is a Babushka style woman, you know, elder, well built, blonde curls with a surrealistic small matchbox like sign, short connections, sitting relaxed behind a desk.
Now that´s the joke of the day.
I´ve finally made it close to printed boarding time at gate D09

This is UR-GBE, no individual name to notice and I like these variable scheduling by UIA, not the original 734, no it´s a 735 right now. Leg no. 38 on type and lucky me, new to the log

In the air since 10.01.1991 with AerLingus, AirBaltic and Aerosvit. 10 examples are in the fleet and there are no stories to show here

Cockpit crew is from the Ukraine, the "пілот" with a short welcome during boarding and once again long and detailed inflight, once more prior to approach. All infos in ukrainian, english and russian language. No route info, flightlevel is 35000 feet maximum.
Cabin crew is three women again,
one middle aged, blonde, nice,
one younger, well built, nice,
one young, brown hair, cute, slim, really nice.
And this looks like another well loaded service, very close to 100%, Ukrainian and other pax well mixed

11.00 am, 15 minutes late, no duration info noticed and leaving the "Boryspil International Airport
Міжнародний аеропорт Бориспіль" from the very same runway "One-Eight-Left" like arrivals. The cabin looks like heavily used with the dark blue
leather seats, oldfashioned to say the least

And well signed it is

Yes, this looks like close to the "Flughafen Frankfurt am Main"

Touchdown at the 2800 meters runway "Two-Five-Right". 12.45 am, what is ontime now just by surprise, 7 degrees and high clouds.
A nice tail line up

The usual welcome to the EU scenery follows swiftly and you know you are back at you´re home country.
Passports checked at the planes door, harsh to say the least with the non EU pax.
A family in front, two adults, one small child and obviously the old grand mother. She with an german passport, he with an Ukrainian example and a working visa, the grandmother at a tourist visa, all good to follow not only for me.
And believe me, the officer asked the grandmother who doesn´t speak german at all in german if she is right on the tourist visa and doesn´t try to work in the EU. Strange, but so it was.
Deutsche Bahn´s reliable ICE service, no joke this time, delivered me fast and safe to STR airport where the car is eagerly waiting to follow my stories and soon thereafter the homebase saw me again, but not for long!.

Here are the conclusions:

1.)Aeroflot SVO-HRK: More russian metal, please.
2.)Ukraine International Airlines HRK-KBP: Nice staff on this well loaded early morning run.
3.)Ukraine International Airlines
KBP-FRA: Time to relax needed after the transfer experience.

And now?.
Ok, this important question is nothing new to me, but it´s worth it also today!. I like to see the rings once again before they finally disappear and with two chances I hope for at least one successfully example, or not?:

До побачення,

take care.
